"Painel | de tão pouco, tanto" is a procedural and experimental project situated between expanded drawing, action art, and installation. The work is grounded in a principle of distillation, comprising canvases arranged on the floor in curved and modular formations, adaptable to different spatial contexts, including informal and transitory sites.
Across these surfaces unfolds a pictorial gesture that incorporates small objects collected during walks and dérives, reintegrated through an attentive, delicate, and meticulous labor.
The performance distances itself from spectacle, asserting itself through repetition, silence, and listening. It privileges connection, care, and sharing, establishing a suspended temporality and configuring itself as a shared body and territory, where what is dispersed is recomposed and being-together emerges as a collective potential.

A choreographic work exploring the rhythms of modern life. Through movement, the artist embodies various states of existence—from mundane routine to bursts of intense emotion.
The piece observes the cyclical nature of our lives, where shifting moods, anticipation, moments of uplift, and rest combine into a universally recognizable image.
The dance serves as a metaphor for the life patterns that connect us all, contemplating how personal experiences of time become part of our shared human journey.
It is an invitation for the viewer to pause and listen to the rhythm in which we all live.

The body, a sacred territory.
The body, a home where memories, silences, voices, and gods dwell.
In A Body Called Temple, gesture becomes prayer, movement becomes liturgy, and each breath raises an invisible architecture—made of flesh, spirit, and inheritance.
Between the divine and the profane, between what endures and what is lost, a dance is born that seeks to rediscover the sacred within the ruins of time.
Inspired by 1 Corinthians 6:19 — “The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit” — this solo departs from the idea that the body is the first temple, the most vulnerable and the most powerful. Through it, Mozambican temples are also evoked—physical, spiritual, and symbolic—many of which have been disrespected, transformed, or forgotten.
A Body Called Temple is both a tribute to tradition and a cry of warning: to dance is to rebuild, to preserve, to make the body the space where culture reunites with the sacred.

I find a deep stability, a place—or a feeling—of home.

I sleep with a warm body
I wake with a wet face
I stretch, dry myself,
and wish he would return to use me again.
