LABIO

At the intersection of performance and media art, Né Barros and João Martinho Moura have developed work where presence, memory and the duplication of universes are articulated in alternative narratives. Labio follows on from Una, Co:Lateral, Co:Lapse and Nuve, pieces that echo in the current project and continue to evolve in terms of its problems. In Labio, the notion of contact and strangeness runs through the performance for a body and its virtual affiliation. Labio is the result of a project in progress and is the name of a permanent laboratory of creative exploration and disciplinary crossover.
