Dynamic stretching > 11 anos

Stretching should be an exercise performed by everyone, regardless of the physical activity being performed. Stretching correctly consists of performing various exercises, adapted to the personal characteristics and objectives of the person doing it. I intend to work on dynamic stretching as injury prevention, and static stretching to gain flexibility and muscle relaxation.
